**1. APAC Business Partnering & Commercial Finance (Primary Focus)**
+ Act as an independent finance partner and trusted advisor to the APAC commercial leadership.
+ Develop and maintain standard management reporting (KPIs, dashboards) and perform in-depth analysis to illuminate business performance and trends.
+ Build financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investments, and new initiatives.
+ Monitor and evaluate distributor/partner performance using defined KPIs, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance productivity and profitability.
