+ Present budget, forecast, and outlook results to China finance leadership and BU management.
+ Conduct weekly landing estimates during the month to ensure forecast accuracy and early identification of risks and opportunities.
+ Perform variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior periods, clearly explaining key drivers and business impacts.
