Finance Business Partner

Robert Half are recruiting for an Interim Finance Business Partner to join a industry lead non-for-profit for a 6 month contract in London.

Responsibilities:

• Annual Business Planning - Lead the end‑to‑end planning cycle, including timetable design, stakeholder

  engagement, consolidation, challenge, and presentation of the plan.

• Forecasting & Performance Management - Own monthly and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring

  accuracy, insight, and alignment with strategic priorities.

• Business Partnering - Provide strategic financial insight to senior leaders, challenging assumptions and

  supporting commercial decision‑making.

• Reporting & Insight - Oversee production of monthly management reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and Exec-

  and Board-level reporting packs.
