Summary:
Integral member of the Country Management Team with responsibility for delivering actions that underpin the businesses' acquisition and organic growth strategies. Strategic partner in the business able to provide insightful decision support enabling more informed business decision making. To lead, inspire, motivate and empower the Finance function with responsibility for tax, treasury, statutory reporting and business information duties.
Role & Responsibilities:
Custodian of local legal and regulatory requirements.
Oversight of Finance, Tax and Legal operations
Development of adequate risk management and internal controls
Play an active business partnering role by reviewing and analysing financial performance and engaging with business units on significant variances.
