Finance Business Partner
Role Purpose
Trusted Finance Business Partner to Commercial and Leadership Teams, driving performance delivery, value‑based decisions, and disciplined execution. Enable short‑term results while supporting the long‑term strategic ambition of the affiliate.
Key Accountabilities
Planning & Forecasting
Own Anchor Budget (AB), Rolling Estimates (RE), landing‑the‑year, monthly and year‑end close.
Coordinate cross‑functional inputs to ensure high‑quality, realistic forecasts aligned with strategic priorities.
Performance Management & Insights
Deliver monthly management reporting with clear insights vs. AB/RE and strategic priorities.
Track performance, risks, and opportunities; convert insights into clear actions.
Proactively follow up with Commercial teams and functions on execution and outcomes.
