Finance Business Partner, Vietnam

This position is viewed as a **strategic finance business partner** to the Managing Director of Vietnam, which will deliver strategies and financial commitments for the **business in Vietnam** . This position is accountable for **driving profitable and sustainable growth while ensuring proper controls and governance are in place** . This includes supporting strategic growth initiatives, resource allocation and execution.

Reporting to this role is between 1 – 3 Finance Associates with support from other Finance functions such as Controllership, Shared Services (CBS), and Tax/Treasury.

**Responsibilities:**

· Drive and deliver financial and business objectives through close partnership with MD/GMs and other functional leaders

· Establish and execute long-term financial strategies for the region, including financial planning, cost reduction strategies, investment prioritization and driving commercial growth & value management.
