Job Summary
Provide assistance in all aspects under Finance – Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury and Cash Administration.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
This position reports to the Group Chief Financial Officer & Group Finance Manager.
Duties & Essential Job Functions
Entering of invoices
Reconciling of statements
Payments to suppliers
Following up on payments from customers
Credit Applications
Bank reconciliations
Reconciling utilities i.e. TSTT/FLOW/UNIPET
FX Purchasing
Petty Cash Disbursement
Deposits to Bank accounts
Assists with reports in the various sections of Finance
Other Functions And Responsibilities
Any other duties as assigned by Management that may be deemed necessary for the effective functioning of the...
