About the role

Viva International Food & Restaurants, Inc. and MKS Workforce Management Services Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Clerk to join our dynamic team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing essential financial support to our organization.

What you'll be doing

1. Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and banking transactions
2. Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents in a timely and accurate manner
3. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
4. Reconcile bank statements and other accounts to ensure financial accuracy
5. Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
