Job Description
Position Title: Associate – Compliance
Reports to: Manager Finance
Position Purpose:
This position will support the organization in meeting all donor, government, contractual and
regulatory compliance requirements. The role is primarily focused to ensure timely completion
of due diligence, updated documentation, tracking of applications and reporting of compliance
obligations.
Responsibilities
1. Donor and Grant Due Diligence
 Act as the focal person responsible for driving completion of donor and grant due
diligence requirements end to end.
 Proactively coordinate with internal departments to obtain required information, follow
up until closure, and resolve gaps.
 Liaise with donors and partners to clarify requirements and ensure timely and accurate
submissions.
 Maintain updated, complete, and audit-ready due diligence files at all times.
