Finance & Compliance Executive

About the role

As the Finance & Compliance Executive at Kaadxpay Financial Solutions Pty Ltd, you will assist the management team in ensuring the company's financial operations and compliance practices are maintained up to LFSA standards. This full-time position is based in Labuan with a flexible working arrangement.

What you'll be doing

To support month end closing and submitting reports to LFSA.

To support other finance related matters.

To ensure compliance and proper implementation of policies as per AML/CFT Labuan KRI requirements, including record-keeping, ongoing due diligence, suspicious transaction report and combating the financing of terrorism

To assess risk and identify any suspicious transaction within the company and report to LFSA

Regular assessment of AML/CFT mechanism

Establish and maintain relevant internal criteria (red-flags) to enable identification and detection of suspicious transactions
