Job Description – Annual Joint Venture Accounting Services

Scope of Work

We are seeking an accountant to provide annual accounting services for multiple joint venture entities involving equity rollovers and intercompany activity.

Services will include, but are not limited to:

• Annual bookkeeping and accounting for joint venture entities

• Preparation and maintenance of equity rollover schedules

• Tracking and reconciliation of capital contributions, distributions, and ownership balances

• Intercompany transaction reconciliation, including related-party reimbursements, and allocations

• Review and reconciliation of year-end account balances

• Support for year-end financial close and preparation of financial information for tax return preparation

Systems & Software
