Job Description
Responsible for supporting Colombia and Mexico entities' Accounting & Finance process in a professional and knowledgeable manner, and also finance related administrative tasks. Finance Coordinator reports to Country manager and HQ directly.
Key Responsabilities
(1) Financial Accounting
Book expenses on the accounting system (Microsoft AX) and make payments through firm-banking system.
Sharing documentation/evidence with local bookkeeping companies.
Review of Financial Statement from bookkeeping companies by monthly/quarterly/yearly according to Local GAAP & IFRS.
Reporting of FS to CTHC HQ Global Finance team.
Manage and filing official documents (Approvals, Contracts such as DA, MPSA with Partners, all invoices, etc.).
Coordination yearly financial audit with external auditor as company's contact person.
Issues sales invoices according to the local law....
