Finance Coordinator

Responsible for supporting Colombia and Mexico entities' Accounting & Finance process in a professional and knowledgeable manner, and also finance related administrative tasks. Finance Coordinator reports to Country manager and HQ directly.
Key Responsabilities
(1) Financial Accounting
- Book expenses on the accounting system (Microsoft AX) and make payments through firm-banking system.
- Sharing documentation/evidence with local bookkeeping companies.
- Review of Financial Statement from bookkeeping companies by monthly/quarterly/yearly according to Local GAAP & IFRS.
- Reporting of FS to CTHC HQ Global Finance team.
- Manage and filing official documents (Approvals, Contracts such as DA, MPSA with Partners, all invoices, etc.).
- Coordination yearly financial audit with external auditor as company's contact person.
- Issues sales invoices according to the local law.
- Develops, revises and adhere accounting systems, procedures and controls.
