Finance Director (Arabic)

Our client is a large marketing / PR type company in the UAE. Reporting into a newly appointed COO, this role is initially heavily focused on reviewing the existing finance team, improving where possible, and building internal relationships with the SMT. We’re looking for someone who’s young and dynamic, and would even consider someone at Managerial level from Big 4 looking for their first step into industry.

• Understand the organization and its people/culture to be an effective business partner to the COO
• Provide strategic decision support and analysis
• Fully review the current finance structure and implement changes to policies and procedures where needed
• Understand the industry market dynamics and the company’s approach in the industry
• Undertake full budget process
• Improve revenue and P&L forecasting accuracy
