Foreign exchange hedging and finding out better ways in order to safeguard company’s funds. To take care any changes in the corporate accounting world like IFRS, US Gaap etc. Own finance operation in India, simplify it while working with country manager and global finance team. Help leadership team in building culture of compliance. Key Skills Required Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains accounting ERP/Tool. Must be process oriented to implement new practices and policies in the organization. Ability to - create own challenges in terms of his/her growth.
