Job Description

Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of the Group’s financial strategy, ensuring its alignment with long-term financial and sustainability goals
Manage fundraising processes (equity, bonds, bank debt) for the Group’s waste management activities, and both Luxembourg family office and infrastructure fund, using primarily Eneris Group resources
Ensure the fund’s portfolio is well-diversified, balancing financial returns with positive environmental and social impacts
Oversee and guide the selection and management of key investments, including asset acquisition, due diligence, and negotiations
Stay abreast of energy transition trends, technological innovations, and regulatory changes to proactively adjust the fund’s strategy and risk profile
Manage all financial aspects of the Luxembourg family office and infrastructure fund, including budgeting, forecasting and financial performance monitoring
