Reports to: Chief Financial Officer
Team: Two direct reports (Financial Controller and Credit Manager) leading a wider team of 11 finance professionals
Type: Full-time, 12 month contract.
The Role
As Triptease’s Finance Director you will own the transactional finance function across our international group and lead the change agenda that takes our finance operation to the next level of automation. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll have responsibility for the timely and accurate delivery of all month-end information; full P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow and associated KPIs while driving a meaningful step-up in automation, systems and processes across the function.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a qualified accountant who loves bringing order to growing finance teams, has run audits and multi-entity closes (including the US), and gets energy through using AI to build automated,scalable processes as well as through people develop...
