                    -建立成本會計制度
 -合併報表編製與經營管理報表分析。
 -定期核閱集團子公司財務報表，並針對異常項目進行分析檢討，並協助完善。
 -規劃及檢討公司會計作業流程，並覆核各項會計作業，以符合財會及各國稅務之規定
 -與各公司主辦會計合作進行原因分析及作法整合，加速分析時效和品質
 -規劃及執行未來合併系統上線
