Job Title: Finance Director (Fintech)

About the Role

We are a U.S.-based fintech company looking for a highly experienced senior finance leader to take full ownership of our financial operations. This is a long-term, full-time remote position for candidates based in the Philippines who can work during U.S. business hours.

This is a senior, high-trust role for someone comfortable owning the finance function end to end and bringing structure, clarity, and strong controls to a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Transaction and Settlement Management

• Oversee daily loan funding, deposits, and transaction reconciliations
• Manage merchant payouts, refunds, cancellations, and transaction adjustments
• Review lender settlement reports for accuracy and investigate discrepancies
