Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management

• Prepare, manage, and monitor the annual school budget in consultation with the Head of School and Board of Governors.
• Provide accurate monthly and annual financial reports to school leadership and governors.
• Oversee fee collection, billing, payroll, cash flow, and bank reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, audits, and financial regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.

2. Strategic Planning & Resource Allocation

• Support long-term financial planning and scenario forecasting.
• Advise the Head and Board on financial risks and opportunities.
• Ensure that resources are deployed effectively to support the school's development plans.
