Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with some opportunity to work remotely. The Finance Director/Senior Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, financial reporting, and analysis to guide key business decisions. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining financial statements, planning budgets, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate governance requirements. You will work closely with leadership to develop strategies that support sustainable growth and profitability.
Qualifications
Expertise in Financial Planning and general Finance management
Strong knowledge and experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
Excellent Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations
