Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Strategy & Leadership
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making Develop and implement financial policies aligned with corporate objectives Drive cost optimization, capital efficiency, and resource allocation strategies 2. Financial Reporting & Compliance
Oversee accurate and timely financial statements and management reporting Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions (e.g., HKEX, US GAAP/SEC, PRC A-share where applicable) Manage statutory audits, interim reviews, and internal control processes 3. Cross-Border Financial Management
