Job Description

The Role

This position will be responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Payable function in the Finance department.


Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for reviewing and involved in the full spectrum of the accounts payable ('AP') functions for portfolio of properties.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including statistical reports to government agencies.
  • Prepare variance analysis and be involved in annual budgeting and forecasting.
  • Liaise with auditors and tax agents for year-end audits and tax filing/compliance.
  • Assist in ad-hoc operational projects, including conducting credit review for selection of vendors, testing of SAP system etc., as and when required.

    • Job Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent.
