Finance Executive

Job Description . Responsible for full set of accounts and ensure reports are submitted within the stipulated timeline . Perform day-to-day accounting transactions including payment processing oversees AR matters . Perform credit review and monitor collections to maintain healthy debtors aging report . Provide support on the analysis of all financial numbers to facilitate decision-making process . Initiate tax planning, GST reporting, and oversee periodic document submission
. Review and seek clarification from the respective departments on revenue, expenses, accruals, inventory status, etc. . Liaise with external auditors and tax agents . Prepare financial statement and tax computation . Perform checks on staff's overtime through Human Resource Management System .
