Working days: 5 days, 8:15am - 5:30pm Salary: $2800 - $3500 Location: Toh Guan(Jurong East) Responsibilities: Inter-company group AR & AP overseas global netting.Reconciliation, checking, declaring, settlement and clearanceCreate AR statement of accountReconcile AR & AP aging and follow-upRetrieval of invoices from system / overseas countryMUFG netting declarationSAP clearance & off-setAudit report working and analysis TT remittance group netting / overseas agents, etc. Settlement through banking system input netting template for AR & AP. Follow-up inquiry and disputes. Proper documentation and e-filing of supporting documents. Distribution of output to respective division. Prepare the prepaid company break bulk charges billing report. Perform ad-hoc assignments as requested by the Manager / HOD.
