Finance Executive

About the role

As a Finance Executive at O2 KLINIK SDN BHD, you will be responsible for supporting the financial accounting and reporting functions within the organisation. This full-time position is based in Ayer Itam Penang and will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the company's financial records and statements.

What you'll be doing

• Record and reconcile all journal entries in the general ledger.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements; perform variance analysis.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and assist with audits.
• Maintain internal controls and proper documentation for all transactions.
• Assist with tax filings and regulatory reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and support system upgrades.
