Finance Executive

We're looking for a Finance Executive to be responsible for the day-to-day Finance function within the company, reporting to the Head of Finance.

1.    Adhere to the company's finance and accounting processes.

2.    Maintain effectiveness of internal controls and processes.

3.    Identify, resolve and follow up on discrepancies and outstanding matters arising from Operations.

4.    Handle full spectrum of AR and cash functions:

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Monitor funds from principals and update relevant parties upon receipt

Verify and issue invoices to clients

Response to the queries raised from clients

Reconcile weekly deposits

Reconcile and manage client SOA

Follow up payment status with clients

Cash

Perform bank reconciliation

Perform petty cash reimbursements

Prepare and monitor Cash-To-Master (CTM)
