Your tasks 1. Financial Planning, Reporting & Performance Analysis Support the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for assigned business units/functions. Liaise with sales & project team to gather input, validate assumptions, and align financial targets. Monitor and ensure budget adherence through tracking of KPIs and variance analysis. Prepare accurate and timely weekly and monthly financial and management reports. Ensure completeness, data integrity, and consistency in reporting. Provide variance analysis with clear commentary on performance drivers. 2. Financial Closing & Reporting Support Participate in month-end closing, quarterly Board meeting preparation, and annual budget processes. Support reconciliations and reporting schedules to ensure accurate financial closing. Ensure financial data used for reporting and analysis is aligned with accounting records and company policies.
