Finance Executive - Controls & Oversight (1 year Contract)

Support finance operations by ensuring accuracy, completeness and control of accounts payable, depot balances and related financial transactions, through reconciliation, validation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

1. Depot Account Management

• Maintain and monitor depot account balances
• Liaise with depots to clarify and resolve differences
• Ensure accurate and timely settlement positions

2. AP & Balance Reconciliation

• Perform regular reconciliation of accounts payable balances against supporting records and statements
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Ensure balances are accurate prior to settlement
