Finance Executive

About This Role:

As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day tasks in the finance department. You'll assist the Finance Supervisor in managing, processing and regulating various accounts and transactions as well as maintaining great financial records of Accounting Superhero.

You Will Work On:

• Handling daily transactions, processing of client receipts and bills payments, preparing SOAs, and posting of accounting transactions in Xero.
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, cash flow forecasts, budgets, and ensuring timely payments to clients, suppliers, and vendors.
• Supporting GST accounting, liaising with auditors, maintaining accurate records and assist in ensuring organisation's compliance with financial and tax regulations.
