Finance Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support our day-to-day financial and accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in corporate finance and accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
Handle accounts payable and receivable activities
Prepare and post journal entries, vouchers, and supporting documentation
Assist in bank reconciliations and monthly account closures
Support preparation of monthly financial reports and summaries
Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of financial documents
Assist with audit requirements and internal controls
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for billing and payments
Work on accounting software; QuickBooks Online experience is a plus
