Finance Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support our day-to-day financial and accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in corporate finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
  
• Handle accounts payable and receivable activities
  
• Prepare and post journal entries, vouchers, and supporting documentation
  
• Assist in bank reconciliations and monthly account closures
  
• Support preparation of monthly financial reports and summaries
  
• Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of financial documents
  
• Assist with audit requirements and internal controls
  
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for billing and payments
  
• Work on accounting software; QuickBooks Online experience is a plus
