RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to manage day-to-day tasks of Finance Arm
- Manage accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL) and fixed asset functions.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Cash Operator
- Keeping tabs of petty cash and credit cards disbursements

• Maintain proper documentation and internal controls over cash transactions.

Month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing process.

• Perform reconciliation of accounts and ensure all financial activities are appropriately recorded.
