Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities:-

• Data entry for Account Payable
• Handling and processing employee monthly claims
• Staff claim expenses review and entry
• Application bill entry and monthly expenses estimation
• Petty cash reimbursement and monthly vendor payment
• Expenses analysis
• Expense system maintains and confirmation of Debit note and Credit note entry
• Review accounting vouchers
• Monthly account report and closing i.e Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Trial Balance
• Cycle count audit, stock check and stock take (twice yearly)
• Documentation filling

Job Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
