Finance Executive

About the role:


As a Finance Executive, you will play a key role in managing accounts payable processes to support the organization's financial operations. This role involves handling payments, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end closings.


Key Accountabilities:


+ Manage day-to-day operational tasks within the accounts department.

+ Assist the Senior Finance Executive/Finance Manager with updating the cash book, issuing payments, raising POs, monthly account closings and arranging company secretarial documents.

+ Prepare and maintain reports on payments, cash flow reconciliations and staff expense claims.

+ Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data.

+ Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and financial service providers.

+ Handle paperwork, filing and agreement updates while organizing and prioritizing tasks effectively.
