Finance Executive

About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our dynamic team at
EBC Technology Malaysia. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing the company's
financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to
strategic decision-making. You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis while
driving process improvements to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day invoice processing of Account Payable (AP) including receiving,
reviewing and procession of invoices from vendors.
Review petty cash claim and monitor petty cash usage.
Review staff reimbursement processes accurately and efficiently.
