Finance Executive

Handle accounts payable : invoice checking, payment processing, supplier statements, ageing, and payment scheduling.

Handle accounts receivable : invoicing, receipts, collections follow-ups, and customer ageing.

Perform bank, cash, and GL reconciliations ; ensure accurate postings and proper documentation.

Maintain full set accounting support (journal entries, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, intercompany entries if applicable).

Assist in month-end closing and preparation of management reports.

Support cashflow tracking and daily/weekly cash position updates.

Prepare and manage staff claims, petty cash , and supporting schedules.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and suppliers on finance matters.

Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, approvals, and proper filing of documents.
