Finance Executive

We are a growing shared service startup offering accounting, payroll, and administrative solutions to businesses of all sizes. As we expand, we're looking for a proactive and dependable Finance Executive to take charge of full sets of accounts and client portfolios. You will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, payroll compliance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full sets of accounts (AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation) independently.
Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and tax-related reports.
Review accounting entries prepared by Account Assistants for accuracy and compliance.
Ensure timely submission of SST, tax, and statutory filings.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government bodies for year-end and compliance matters.
Maintain strong communication with clients, clarify queries, advise on accounting issues, and ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
