Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of multiple payment gateways and internal system records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in transactions, settlements, refunds, and other related financial records.
• Act as first-line support for system-related and transaction issues, identifying root causes and proposing practical solutions.
• Liaise with internal IT teams to report, track, and resolve system or integration issues.
• Prepare reconciliation reports, exception reports, and supporting schedules for management review.
• Maintain proper documentation of reconciliation procedures and issue resolutions.
• Support ad-hoc operational tasks and process improvement initiatives as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Basic understanding of reconciliation, accounting, or transaction processing is an advantage. <...
