Finance Executive

Locations:

• Jurong (Buroh Lane) – Transport pickup at Jurong East
• Changi – No transport provided

Salary: $3,000 – $5,000

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm

Duration: 1 year contract

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices, staff claims & month-end journals
• Follow up unpaid invoices & system issues
• Liaise with Operations/Procurement on discrepancies
• Cash forecasting, vendor reconciliation, GST & WHT
• Support audits, vendors & internal queries
• Assist Team Lead in reviews, UAT & process improvement

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Accounting / Finance or related
• Proficient in MS Excel & SAP
