Finance Executive (Operations & Finance Coordination)

Talamaz is a growing food manufacturing company with more than 20 years of experience producing quality traditional Malaysian kuih products.
As we continue to expand our frozen food division, we are strengthening our finance function by working with a Virtual CFO and outsourced accounting partners. We are looking for a capable Finance Executive to act as the key liaison between our operations team and external finance partners.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with multiple departments, ensuring information is complete, accurate and submitted on time.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Operations Coordination
Coordinate finance-related information between internal departments and outsourced accounting partners
Ensure supplier invoices, supporting documents and payment requests are complete and properly documented
