Job Description
Handle daily finance operations including AR, AP, cash management, credit control, and petty cash.
Prepare bank reconciliations, ageing reports, and other monthly financial reports.
Monitor business transaction costings and highlight any discrepancies.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
Assist in budget tracking, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting.
Support annual audit activities and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Assist in maintaining fixed asset records.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance.
Minimum 3 years working experience in Accounts & Finance job scope.
Candidates with prior experience in the logistics industry will have an added advantage.
Familiar with accounting and operational systems such as AutoCount and CargoWise.
