Finance Executive

Responsibility

We want a finance guru with the ability to assist in the management of full sets of accounts from AP, AR to GL and fixed asset functions, get it? If you love your excel sheets, have a keen eye for detail and obsessed with numbers, then we want you!

Responsibilities

• Ability to manage day-to-day tasks of Finance Arm: Manage accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL) and fixed asset functions. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Cash Operator: Keeping tabs of petty cash and credit cards disbursements. Maintain proper documentation and internal controls over cash transactions.
• Month-end and year-end closing processes: Assist with month-end and year-end closing process. Perform reconciliation of accounts and ensure all financial activities are appropriately recorded.
