Finance Executive

Responsibilities

• AP Functions: Process Concur claims, payments, and respond to Bank Negara Malaysia payment code.
• Treasury Functions: Maintain bank accounts, Coupa reporting, cash forecast, in-house bank account, internal netting & settlement, open bank guarantees, acknowledge documentation, and present letter of credit to bank.
• Taxation: Responsible for corporate taxation, withholding tax, and e‑invoice compliance.
• Fixed Asset: Manage, track, and ensure compliance of all fixed assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Inter‑company billing and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly balance listings (RSMY) and post journal entries.
• Support e‑invoicing filing and compliance.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc jobs as assigned.
