• Key Duties
• 1.Handle Accounts Payable (AP) functions including processing Concur claims, payments, and ensuring compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia payment codes.
• 1. Manage Treasury functions bank account setup and maintenance, Coupa reporting, cash forecasting, In-House Bank accounts, internal netting & settlement, opening Bank Guarantees, documentation verification, and presentation of Letters of Credit to banks.
• 1. Responsible for Taxation matters corporate tax, withholding tax, and e-invoice compliance.
• 1. Administer Fixed Asset Management tracking and ensuring compliance throughout asset lifecycle.
• 1. Perform Inter-company billing and reconciliations.
• 1. Prepare full-set accounts of a small company.
• 1. Generate monthly balance listings for Company, including reconciliation and journal postings.
