Your tasks
Key Duties
1.Handle Accounts Payable (AP) functions including processing Concur claims, payments, and ensuring compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia payment codes.
2. Manage Treasury functions bank account setup and maintenance, Coupa reporting, cash forecasting, In-House Bank accounts, internal netting & settlement, opening Bank Guarantees, documentation verification, and presentation of Letters of Credit to banks.
3. Responsible for Taxation matters corporate tax, withholding tax, and e-invoice compliance.
3. Administer Fixed Asset Management tracking and ensuring compliance throughout asset lifecycle.
4. Perform Inter-company billing and reconciliations.
5. Prepare full-set accounts of a small company.
6. Generate monthly balance listings for Company, including reconciliation and journal postings.
7. Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Your Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
