Finance Executive (Accounts Receivables)

Location: Tuas (Gul Circle MRT)

Salary: $3000 - $3500 + Allowances + Incentives + VB (Up to 2.5mths)

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8am - 5.30pm

Job Scope:

• Support accounting department on Accounts Receivables , Accounts Payable, Data Compilation, Sales Billing, Vendor invoice posting and etc.
• Perform month-end accrual and reporting.
• Ensure accurate posting in accounting system using double-entry accounting
• Maintaining relevant banking and business transactional records
• Monitor GRIR and timely payment processing
• Perform data analysis using relevant info-comm technology systems and tools
• Participate in Yearly Audit
• Close monitoring of debt collection or payment processing
• Any other additional duties (Eg, Ad-hoc Finance Projects and etc) as assigned by management.
