**[Major responsabilités] :**

**Group-reporting / SME on Fixed Asset/Payroll accounting**

+ To maintain the local entities COA(chart of accounts) & mapping tables and ensure the compliance with Otis WHQ policy and instructions
+ To be Local SME for accounting processes and treatment for the following areas (subject to change and not limited to ) and work with Business owners and GBS(Global Business Service) for the accurate recording and reporting :

+ To assist the month-end closing coordination among business users, local finance, and GBS according to WHQ guidance/instructions
