Finance Head Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance is an advantage
• At least 5 years in managerial or leadership role
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting
• Preferably with background in manufacturing or food processing industry
• HMO after regularization, Company Car with Fleet Card
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), BIR regulations, and taxation laws
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity
• Good communication and presentation skills
