Finance Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day AR, AP and Bank Reconciliation functions.
• Preparation and generation of sales invoices and debit/credit notes.
• Generating debtor's account statements and follow-up with debtors on overdue accounts.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reports.
• Update costing sheet and vendor payments promptly.
• Responsible for preparation of Sales and Services Tax (SST).
• Provide support for general finance-related administrative tasks.
• Assist in ad-hoc finance projects or research as assigned.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Must be comfortable using Excel for data analysis and reporting
